Loan EMI Calculator
Monthly instalment, total interest, yearly schedule and the saving from a prepayment.
Open toolInstallments, financing & savings
Loan instalments, savings goals, rent-versus-buy and the cost of Islamic against conventional financing, worked in rupees with the figures you enter.
These tools are arithmetic rather than tax law, and they are honest about it: you enter the rate your bank or scheme quotes and the calculator does the compounding. The loan tool shows the instalment and the total paid over the term; the savings tool shows how long a goal takes at a given monthly amount.
The rent-versus-buy comparison is worked as net worth over time — the renter investing what the buyer sank into the purchase — rather than rent against instalment, which is the comparison that misleads. The Islamic-versus-conventional tool compares price, and says plainly that it does not judge Shariah compliance.
