The gross pension formula is common ground — emoluments, qualifying service and the commutation table are the same instrument everywhere — but the chain of annual increases is not, and that is where two pensioners with identical service end up with very different monthly figures. Each jurisdiction here has its own page because each finance department notifies its own percentages, cut-off dates and, in Sindh's case, a replacement of the whole chain for anyone retiring after a certain date.

Where a government publishes its calculator or its notifications, the page follows them and names the memorandum. Where nothing is published, the page runs the common formula and asks you for the increases rather than guessing — and says so.
